Refunds

I pack my jewellery very well so the risk of damage is minimal, however should you not be happy with the item please contact me to discuss the problem within 5 days on receipt of delivery, and then following, the item is sent back within a further 14 days with tracking (this is to protect both you, the purchaser and me the seller). To be eligible for a return,  your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, eg. box or pouch.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return postage however is not refundable and is paid by the buyer. 

Please note:- Refunds do not apply on custom orders, or digital products.

Custom Orders

Custom orders take between 4 - 6 weeks to complete, payment must be made before the commencement of a custom order and once the item has been completed there is no refund on cancellation or change of mind, however if you cancel before the item has commenced, then a full refund will be issued, should you cancel when I have begun beading, a 30% payment will be deducted from the payment you made and the remainder will be refunded back to you.

Please note: due to the handmade nature of the products on this website, any slight imperfections do not constitute a fault but merely represent the unique facets and individual elements of the designs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
